Our pottery is handmade and each piece differs in size, shape and surface which makes it beautifully unique and adds to its character.
Please make sure to thoroughly read the description written under each product listing for a clear idea. Please also make sure to adhere to the care instructions to ensure longevity of your pots.
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
REPLACEMENT AND REFUNDS
In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged box and/or damaged products and we will replace your order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
